Refund Policy
Delivery: Please ensure that the shipping and billing addresses are correctly entered by the customer during checkout to avoid any delays. The Indi Threads delivers orders within 10-7 working days at your doorstep, PAN India.
Shipping Policy: All customers ordering from The Indi Threads in India receive free shipping. We use only the most reputable and reliable shipping partners to deliver orders to your door. Depending on where the customer is located, we have set up our inventory so that our customers receive their orders in 10 to 7 working days. Within 48 hours of our warehouse dispatch, the tracking information is delivered to the customer’s registered email address. We have Cash On Delivery Available only in Pan-India up to Rs. 2000/- at an additional cost of Rs. 100/-
Returns & Replacements: The Indi Threads will only replace a product if it is broken, flawed, or incorrect. We would ask the customer to share some reliable proof if they wanted a replacement if an unfortunate circumstance occurred during delivery. (Example: opening a box Video of the package clearly demonstrates the seal being broken for the first time ) Within 7 working days, our team will look forward to resolving your issue.Within 24 hours of delivery, the customer must send an email or a WhatsApp message to report a problem. The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of refund shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding. The return & exchange is only available for India. For all the international destinations it will be only exchange.
Cancellation: Only orders that have not yet been shipped from our warehouse are eligible for cancellation at this time. Orders that are in transit cannot be cancelled. Within 7 working days, the money will be credited to the customer’s bank account. We do not charge any cancellation fees. The cancellation of order is only available for India.
In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card/debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 7 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
